Question 1

Is JOBO a manufacturer or a trading company?

Accepted Answer

JOBO is an electric bike manufacturer with over 20 years of OEM/ODM experience. We operate our own frame factory, painting facility, QC laboratory, and assembly plants in Jinhua (China) and Poland (EU), supporting an annual capacity of 300,000+ e-bikes.

Question 2

What is the minimum order quantity for the JB-TDN40Z?

Accepted Answer

We support both pilot batches and volume orders. Share your target quantity and configuration with our OEM team, and we will confirm MOQ and a quotation for your market.

Question 3

Can this folding e-bike be customized with our own branding?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer full white-label support — your logo, decals, headbadge, and a wide choice of colors from our in-house painting facility. Packaging and user manuals can also carry your brand.

Question 4

Which components can be customized for our market?

Accepted Answer

Motor power matched to local regulations, battery capacity and cell brand, display and connectivity options, brakes, tires, drivetrain, and folding hardware. We build around your spec sheet and BOM requirements.

Question 5

How do you test the folding mechanism before shipment?

Accepted Answer

Folding hinges and latches are cycle-tested under our QC protocol before mass production is released, and every batch is re-inspected at final assembly. A pre-shipment inspection covers fold function, latch security, and frame alignment.

Question 6

What are the folded size and shipping dimensions?

Accepted Answer

The complete bike ships in a 91 × 46 × 86 CM carton, with the frame carton at 110 × 33 × 58 CM. Folding geometry keeps the packed footprint small, which helps lower landed freight per unit and simplifies warehouse stocking.

Question 7

Can we order a sample before mass production?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A pre-production sample is built to your confirmed specification for evaluation. Sample approval locks the final spec sheet, BOM, color, and packaging before mass production begins.

Question 8

What certifications does your production system hold?

Accepted Answer

Our manufacturing system is certified to ISO9001 and produces to EN15194-compliant standards. The JB-TDN40Z is recorded as EN15194 in our product master data, and we support the third-party testing your target market requires.

Question 9

How does your European plant benefit EU buyers?

Accepted Answer

Our assembly plant in Poland (EU) shortens delivery cycles for European partners and helps reduce exposure to the anti-dumping duties applied to e-bikes imported from China.

Question 10

What after-sales support do you provide?

Accepted Answer

We run a structured spare-parts program built on tier-one components (Bafang, LG, Shimano, TEKTRO, CST), covering wear parts and folding hardware, so distributors and rental operators can service their fleets without long downtime.
