Question 1

What makes the JB-TDN11Z a "small" folding e-bike rather than a standard commuter folder?

Accepted Answer

The platform is built around 20-inch wheels and a short wheelbase, so the folded outline is smaller than a 700c commuter folder and the bike takes up less space in a hallway, a car boot, or a transit carriage. Range is not sacrificed: the 36V 13Ah battery is specified at up to 50 km per charge.

Question 2

How far can the JB-TDN11Z go on one charge?

Accepted Answer

The standard build is specified at up to 50 km per charge from the 36V 13Ah (468Wh) battery. Actual range depends on rider weight, terrain, assist level, and stop-start traffic, and range targets are confirmed with you at the specification stage.

Question 3

Can the speed configuration be set for our market?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The platform is supplied at 25–30 km/h, and the limit is set during specification to match your market's regulations — 25 km/h for pedelec markets, higher where local rules allow. Motor output is reviewed against the same requirement.

Question 4

What battery does it use, and can we change the capacity?

Accepted Answer

The standard build uses a 36V 13Ah battery rated at 468Wh. Capacity and cell brand can be adjusted to your range target and price tier, and mounting position is reviewed at the same time.

Question 5

Is the folded size consistent from unit to unit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hinge plates and main tubes are laser-cut to drawing and welded at robotic stations with dedicated fixtures, so the hinge seat, the latch pocket, and the folded outline line up the same way on every unit. Folding cycles and latch durability are verified in our laboratory before a batch is released.

Question 6

Which channels and riders is this model suited to?

Accepted Answer

Apartment residents without secure bike storage, commuters combining a folding e-bike with rail or bus travel, and operators running short, high-frequency trips on campuses, at hotels, and in business parks. It suits any retail or fleet channel where storage space at the customer's end is the deciding factor.

Question 7

How do you control quality and compliance for this model?

Accepted Answer

Production runs under our ISO9001-certified quality system and 6S management. Frame fatigue, braking performance, electrical safety, and folding-cycle durability are verified in our in-house laboratory before a batch is released. Where your target market requires specific certification, we review it with you during project specification.

Question 8

Can we customize components, colors, and branding?

Accepted Answer

Yes — customization is our core business. Folding hardware, drivetrain, battery, tires, colors, decals, manuals, and packaging are specified around your requirements, with a wide choice of colors available from our in-house painting plant.

Question 9

Do you supply samples, and how is shipping handled?

Accepted Answer

A pre-production sample is built to your locked specification for approval and testing before mass production begins. Folding models pack into a compact carton, CKD/SKD kits are available to reduce freight per unit, and assembly can be scheduled at our Poland facility for EU-focused partners.

Question 10

How do you support spare parts and after-sales?

Accepted Answer

We operate a structured spare-parts programme with long-term availability for folding-specific components such as hinges, latches, and folding stems, alongside wear parts and electrical components, supported by technical documentation for your service network.
